My company has worked with Socius Marketing for roughly 2 years. Kelley, our account manager, has been an absolute pleasure. She is quick to answer, always provides detailed reasons why we should or shouldn't do something, and stays on top of industry trends. I highly recommend working with Socius. Ask to work with her because she's the best in the business.

We have been using Socius for our SEO and paid ad campaigns for over a year now. My reps, Kelley and Tandy, have done an excellent job ensuring we are optimizing all campaigns. They also excel at reporting, so we can make quick adjustments where we spend our marketing budget. Definitely recommend Socius, especially if you are in the homebuilding or remodeling space.

Would not recommend. We gave them our SEO,social media and Google ads. They messed all of it up. To much to mention but here's a few things. We are in an area with a million people and told them what area we cover. Instead they concentrated on 1 town with 35 thousand people. They had no concept of how Google ads work or the purpose of them. When we questioned them about it they told us that they were using it for analytics. Didn't understand pay per click. As far as social media they were putting up text ads only. When questioned they said picture or video ads cost extra. They built us a decent looking website but were supposed to use WordPress. We found out when we were leaving them and questioned why they used an unknown platform and we were told that we got a free upgrade. During the 2 years we used them our sales dropped 30%. It was almost terminal for us

We have been with Socius for over a year. We have seen great results. My rep(s) Kelley and Tandy do a fantastic job every month reporting results to me in an easy to understand way. Whenever I have a question, I know I can reach out to Kelley anytime and she is quick with responses. She even goes above and beyond to respond to my emails after hours. All-in-all, great company, great service, great results and great reps.

I own a sizable home improvement company, and my team and I have worked with Socius Marketing for the past several years. They created our website, microsite and several other assets that we regularly get compliments on from our customers. They manage our SEO, PPC and help with other marketing campaigns across other channels. As a company, we have many lead sources, but the ones that Socius manages are by far our most consistent, regularly delivering the best ROI. I can go on and on about so many of the Socius employees who have gone above and beyond for my team over the years, but 3 deserve to be recognized and thanked here. I have worked with many SEO marketers, but no one has taught me more than our dedicated SEO specialist, Melissa Liberatore. She not only regularly teaches my team how to optimize our assets, she also jumps in and helps get the job done. Our SEO sales volume has increased by 40% over the past year! I’ve never seen anything like this. Our dedicated PPC specialist, Reggie Sinon, is a true analyst who understands the ever-changing landscape of Google’s algorithms. He reminds me of an NFL offensive coordinator who knows how and when to change the offensive gameplan to overcome Google’s changing defenses. The one who oversees all our relationships at Socius, within all their various departments (creative, development, PPC, SEO, etc.), is our primary account representative, Beverly Simmons. She’s professional, organized, and very personable. I consider her a dear friend. I’m amazed at her vast knowledge base and her ability to regularly interject creative ideas that often lead to effective results. Over the years, I have interviewed all the top digital marketing companies that specialize in my industry, and I’ve found no one to come close to being capable of delivering what Socius Marketing does regularly for my company, and does so well! Thank you Socius and thank you Melissa, Reggie and Beverly!
