Where's intelligence these days, it seems too many agencies come up short on smart thinking. But you'll find Rivers is an exception to that. Their people combine insightful ideas with cutting edge design to create work that stops people, lengthens attention spans and creates the moment someone acts. That’s a tall order for any agency, but Rivers manages it handily.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Rivers. After winning the contract to design our website, they have been instrumental in guiding us through the discovery process, refining our web presence, creating a mobile website, and troubleshooting any snags. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, which starts at the top thanks to Lauren, and their willingness to deliver what they promise.

Excerpted from my email to Rivers: As for the final product, your staff did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Your staff took the outcome of it being an excellent product as seriously as I do, and it showed it in their attention to detail. You also have a wonderful team to work with – their professionalism is above and beyond, and I sincerely could not have been more pleased. I have already recommended your agency to a colleague. I’m certain there were more people involved on the project than Sarah and Carrie so please extend my thanks and appreciation for a job extremely well done to all, but special thanks do go to those two and yourself for leading and carrying the project through to completion. Carrie did an outstanding job staying in contact with the online publication company to ensure continuity and completion of the work while keeping me well informed, and if possible, I’d give her a raise myself! Rivers is a cut above.

I have worked with Lauren Rivers and her incredible team over the past ten years on projects ranging from full website development to small print pieces. The service, design and follow-through is incredible no matter what the project. I've tried many other firms and keep coming back to Rivers Agency. They simply don't produce anything that isn't top quality, they are incredibly responsive to the customer's needs and always deliver. I'd recommend them for any project of any scale.
