Nikalabs took our website, backend and our web based databases to the next level. In my past 6 years in working with tech startups, I have not come across a service company better in web design and development than Nikalabs. They are competent, dedicated, honest and very responsive. I worked with them as part of my role with an entrepreneurship organization and in addition to receiving great results from them, I was alway surprised about their quick response times whenever I had a question. I would sometimes reach out to them with a question on a Sunday evening and would receive a response sometimes within a few minutes! Highly recommended!

Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly! Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too! I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site. Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. I'm so happy I went with Nika Labs and I highly recommend hiring this company to do your website!
