Gem City Creative was absolutely wonderful to work with! At Printing Concepts, Gem City Creative met with our team to learn about our business, our employees, and what makes our company great. They observed, listened and took many notes on how they could help us. We were blown away with what they delivered. Their attention to detail when revealing their brand strategy for our company was completely customized to our industry but more specifically, our team and our people. We highly recommend the team at Gem City Creative. Chris and his team were not only extremely thorough and made the process as easy as possible, but they also had everything ready for us so quickly. They kept asking questions that I would never have thought to tell them in the first place to make sure everything we wanted on the website was included. They operated with absolute professionalism and even after everything was done and presented to us, Chris reached out a few different times to make sure everything was running smoothly after the process and to see if we had any additional questions. He also made a video of himself going through the website showing us how to do make changes and updates on our website ourself. We would absolutely work with Chris and his team again!

We recently hired Chris and his team to help create branding for a new company. I really like his membership model. I felt like I had the time to sit with him and work through the process until it was just right. He followed up with beautiful marketing collateral as well. He works efficiently and was very communicative throughout the process. Chris is so talented at hearing your vision and goals for your business and using that to tell your story through your brand. Gem City Creative was instrumental in bringing our lifelong dream of a small business to fruition. Chris patiently listened to our needs and created the perfect logo and branding. It was all professionally package for immediate and future use which was greatly appreciated. He was (and still is) there for any question concerning how to use our new "Brand". The whole thing is VERY user friendly. We can highly recommend his services and will definitely be using them in the future.
