Social media management is more than posting content on different platforms, and BKN's team knows this. They provide guidance, timely updates, content briefs, regular check-ins, analytics, best practices, and every other important cog in the social media machine. They learn each client's brand and voice, and they ensure content accurately reflects each client's wishes, even with last-minute changes. They offer suggestions and keep the client's best interests in mind with every decision. I had the honor and pleasure of working closely with Bree and Ana for two years. They felt more like an extension of our team than outsiders we entrusted with what I view as the most important aspect of marketing: the public-facing content on social media. They are kind, friendly, responsive, informed, prompt--I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, hard work, patience, and communication. The team at BKN Creative is incredible! Their work always exceeds expectations. Kevin and Brandon get a vision and bring it to life. The headshots done for our law firm were stunning. After such a wonderful experience with the headshots, we brought BKN Creative on as our marketing team to help in branding the law firm I work for. They are always on top of deadlines and taking the initiative . They have become fast friends in addition to business partners, and we thoroughly enjoy working with BKN Creative.

Kevin gave me headshots I absolutely fell in love with and they came out better than I could have imagined. I felt amazing throughout the whole experience and there was so much laughter shared. He is a blast to work with and so professional. As a mother of 2 small children, you sometimes forget how great it feels to be the center of attention and Kevin made me feel fabulous. The photos captured my personality and professionalism and became the perfect balance to portray who I am. I would highly recommend these for anyone!

BKN Creative is a unique and welcome creative and marketing agency. After an exhaustive agency search, I hired BKN to assist me in the development and ongoing execution of the organization’s first digital prospect journey. BKN was hired due to their authenticity, broad expertise and willingness to work within our parameters. Kevin and Brandon listened to my immediate needs and understood my budget parameters. While simple in theory, BKN Creative’s process is not an industry given. Their consultive and analytical approach, not to mention their creativity and attention to detail, fast tracked the prospect journey’s implementation and analytics. BKN quickly became a critical member of the hybrid marketing team, and luckily for me, friends for life.
